Gavin started in real estate 1985 and is a licensed estate agent. He worked his way up to become a Director and shareholder of a Melbourne based estate agency. During this time he gained considerable experience in master planned community developments and managing and selling house and land packages. He then spent a further 10 years in general real estate. He was also the land manager for a new subdivision of 400 lots in Werribee Victoria.
Gavin founded spheregroup with his in-depth knowledge and understanding of not only property and real estate, but also his supplementary skills in accounting and IT. Gavin now specialises in creating feasibility studies and budgets for projects as well as dealing with consultants and joint venture partners.
Gavin prides himself in knowing all the ‘ins and outs’ of the property business and takes great joy in knowing that he has helped thousands of first-home buyers and young families purchase their homes.
Greg started his business career at the age of 20. After many years of hard work and determination he became a Director and shareholder of the largest spa company in Australia. He excelled in his role as Director of Sales and Marketing, before selling his shareholding and leaving the company to pursue a full time career in property. Greg was involved in developing duel occupancy sites and building townhouses in Melbourne’s inner east, which fueled his passion for property and set the foundations for his future.
Greg founded spheregroup with his vast industry knowledge of the first-home buyers market. His strengths lie in identifying opportunities, negotiating land purchases and overall project management. With his expert sales and marketing background, Greg leads the marketing of house and land packages at Sphere Group.
Greg is focused and extremely personable with excellent people skills. He is an exceptional problem solver and has the ability to identify and address issues before they arise.
John has over 30 years experience in developing property. He commenced his career as a Director of a major international property development company. He was the Australian CEO with a focus on developing predominately high-rise residential, light commercial and land subdivisions in Melbourne. His multi-disciplined role involved sourcing sites, negotiating finance up to $20 million, finalising contracts and legal documentation and organising property settlements.
John founded Sphere Group with his specialised knowledge and understanding of the property industry and market. His unique skills in sourcing finance and understanding contracts have proven to be a great asset to Sphere Group. He is well known in the industry and well respected by his peers.
John’s immense experience, fair and well-reasoned character and business savvy nature, have seen him negotiate with respected business leaders to Government Ministers.
